We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal check. Personal check will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Please allow additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the our address.


Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. No Returns without Prior Approval. Email, write or call 1-517-767-3606 for a Return Authorization Number. Merchandise is returned at customer's expense. Returns are subject to our inspection. Returns must be New, Unused, Unmarked, and in original factory packing as shipped. Unauthorized return shipments will be refused or held at sender's risk. No returns after 30 days. A 20% restocking fee after inspection is approved maybe issued.


Shipping Restrictions
All persons who purchase our products are expected to know their country and state laws and to fully comply with them.
International Shipments may have additional but not limited to custom charges, taxes and freight.


Delivery Information
Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item.
USA MICA will ship your order via UPS Ground or you may choose one of the other service levels UPS provides: 3 day select, 2nd Day Air or Overnight Air. Different rates apply to each service level. Custom orders confirmed will take up to 6-8 week to complete. In-stock Orders will be shipped the following day after completion. USA MICA business hours are 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.
Packages cannot be shipped to Post Office Boxes in this manner. If you need to have a package shipped using a different carrier please call 1-(888) 221-1176 and explain to our customer service staff what you would like to accomplish and we attempt to ship your package through your preferred carrier.

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are expected. Orders will be processed at our published prices; otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.


If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially and effectively.
